YourTracker comes from a UK pharmacy team who saw their patients juggling spreadsheets, notes apps, and sticky notes to track their weight-loss journey. We built the app we wished existed.
Why we exist
Thousands of people across the UK are starting Mounjaro, Wegovy, and other GLP-1 medications. Most of them are told the same thing: "track your weight, watch for side effects, stay on top of your injection schedule."
But there's no good tool designed for this. People end up using generic fitness apps, spreadsheets, or just trying to remember. As pharmacists, we watched our patients miss doses, forget which thigh they injected last, and show up to check-ins with no useful data.
We built YourTracker to fix that — one tracker, 60 seconds a day, genuinely useful data.

Who's behind it
YourTracker is a product of YM Pharma Group Ltd — a UK company registered in England and Wales, founded by a team with years of experience in community pharmacy, digital health, and patient care.
Our parent team also runs YourMedicals, a GPhC-registered UK online pharmacy. That means we have real clinical experience dispensing and advising on GLP-1 medications — not just building tech around them.
