1. Who we are
YourTracker is operated by YM Pharma Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15111961) with its registered office in Leicester. We are also a GPhC-registered premises operator (#9012314) trading as YourMedicals on related pharmacy services.
In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean YM Pharma Group Ltd. "You" means you, the person using YourTracker.
2. What YourTracker is — and what it isn't
YourTracker is a habit-tracking app for people on the daily oral GLP-1. It helps you remember to take your dose, time the 30-minute empty-stomach window, track your weight, and stay aware of your tablet supply.
YourTracker is NOT:
- a medical device — we don't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition;
- a pharmacy — we don't dispense, prescribe, or sell medications;
- a source of medical advice — every clinical decision must come from your prescribing pharmacist, GP, or specialist.
3. Medical disclaimer
YourTracker is a reminder and tracking tool. It does not replace your pharmacist or doctor. Always speak to your healthcare professional about your medication, your dose, and any symptoms or side effects. If you ever feel unwell, contact your GP or NHS 111 — do not use YourTracker as a triage tool.
4. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or over.
- You must be a resident of the United Kingdom.
- You must be currently prescribed an oral GLP-1 medication by a licensed UK pharmacy or prescriber.
- You agree the information you enter is your own — not someone else's.
By creating an account you confirm each of the above.
5. Your account
- One account per person — no shared accounts.
- Keep your sign-in details private.
- Use accurate, up-to-date information.
- You can delete your account any time from Profile → Privacy & data. All your data is removed immediately.
6. The free service in V1
V1 is free, forever. We may add paid features later — but the core habit tracker stays free. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice via email and an in-app banner.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, mirror, or systematically copy our content;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract our source code;
- use the service to track or enter another person's medication data without their explicit consent;
- attempt to bypass any security or access-control measure;
- use the service for any purpose that's unlawful under UK law.
8. Intellectual property
We own the YourTracker code, design, branding, and trademarks. You own your health data — your dose logs, your weight history, your notes. We claim no rights over what you enter; you can export and delete it at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that can't be excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of YourTracker is limited to £100 or the amount you've paid us in the previous twelve months (which is £0 for V1 — the product is free).
We are not liable for losses caused by your reliance on the app for medical decisions. YourTracker is a reminder. The decisions — about your dose, your eating window, your refill timing — are yours and your prescriber's. A missed reminder, a late notification, or a temporary service outage does not transfer your medication responsibilities to us.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using YourTracker at any time. Deleting your account ends the contract immediately and removes all your data.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms (e.g. abuse, scraping, fraudulent signups). In V1 we have no plan to actively monitor accounts for breach — we'll only act on a clear signal.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we'll send you an email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of YourTracker after that date constitutes your acceptance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
13. Privacy
How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy. In short: you can export it any time, delete it any time, and we never share it.
